Discussion held with Conservation Commission regarding the Smith Nawazelski property. Board indicated they feel they still have jurisdiction over this property. Cons. Com. allowed to contact Town Counsel to have questions answered.
Board, on motion of Mrs. Fasci, 2nd Murdoch, voted 5-0 to enter executive session with Lieutenant Williams and Chief Twomey under #3. No votes taken. Discussion involved Amado arbitration case.
Board discussed Administrative Assistant position and job description. Approved. Consensus of Board to have Mrs. Fasci and Mr. Nugent set up dates to negotiate above with the Clerical Union.
Reminder of Recreation Commission vacancies.
Signed certification of ballot for John McClellan.
Mr. Vess volunteered to reduce the lighting around the building in response to letter from Clerical Union regarding the darkness when leaving. Board had previously voted to put lights on timer.
Discussed FY 92 fiscal forecast for Town.
Brief discussion of financial services for funding the ambulance.
Noted that appraisal is to be conducted on Thomas Hall.
Board agreed that Chief would not travel to Florida to inspect new ambulance. Asked a credit be given in lieu of travel. 5-0.
